How-to-add-indicator-in-different-time-scale-in-Blocks

I am trying to add 1h bar EMA cross as pre_condition to my 10 min bar strategy.
like if in 1h timescale EMA(30) crossover EMA(60) , then in 10 min timescale bar, i will long.
is that possible to add high time fame level indicator in strategy block?
