Hello, how are you? I downloaded WealthLab 9 and would like to use it during the free trial period. I registered a user account on the website; when I launch the program, it asks for my username and password. I enter the credentials I created, but I receive the message shown in the attached image.

It looks like had a short trial on WL7 about 5 years ago, so we'll reset that to give you (and us) another chance with WL9. Give it another try now!

I just ran it again, and it worked.
As I understand it, I have 15 days of access with this trial version, correct?

That's correct. All the extensions are part of the trial too, so install the ones that interest you. See the Descriptions in Extensions in the menu above.
