Within my building block strategy I would like to select stocks with rising earnings pattern. The data should be available by zacks, at least I can read it in the chart. Is there way to implement my strategy by building blocks? If not, how to code?

In addition to the free earnings data by Zacks, it will create a new strategy folder "Fundamental" and install a couple of code-based strategies there:
1. EPS surprises
2. Rising EPS trend
The latter is what you're asking for with "rising earnings".
