1. Please go to your control panel on the EODHD website and see if you've ran out of quota.
2. Make sure that EODHD Build 5 is installed.

interesting - on my 2nd PC I am getting EODHD data. so I must be doing something wrong on PC1 above. I have tried so far:
- using same API Key
- right clicked EODHD - "clear internal request tracking info" and "delete files for EODHD" just in case.
- re-started WL on PC1
- Yahoo data updating with no problems on PC1

Appreciate any help!

1. 16 out of 20 calls +500 initial bonus; still have quota.
2. Build 5 is installed

Go to Preferences->Data->Data in Charts
For "Amount of data to load into Charts" choose "All Data".

Double click a symbol in your DataSet (WL's DataSet list)

The Data Manger Testbed seems to not work reliably with the EODHD adapter. The Chart method worked much more reliable for me.

WL Team, per DrKoch's comments - EODHD Api is not working properly. Can we flag this as a bug - the charts method highlighted by DrK appears to work occasionally.

In below pic I am recreating a dataset with some ETF's for 1m intraday updates. After consulting with EOD I am assured TQQQ has 1m data available since 2010 - yet the API chooses not to update it (nor QQQ and SQQQ)

Thank you

I'm completely overhauling the EODHD extension at the moment. A new version should be ready in a few days.

I have installed B7 of EODHD - and deleted the old files. SQQQ and TQQQ 1m data updates are working but limited to 1 year. EODHD confirm both are available since 2010

Confirmed. B7 limits the number of intraday data to 1 year when All Data is requested.

Thanks Eugene - is the restriction imposed or by accident?
Can we expect access to the full data availbility?

Currently, you can work around it by opening a 1-min chart, setting the date range to N years and then reloading the data.
