I've found that I'm not using the features that come with the premium subscription, so I want to downgrade to the basic plan. I couldn't figure out how to downgrade in my account settings. I only saw the option to cancel the subscription. Could you please help me figure this out?

Yes, you can only cancel the subscription. Once it's over you can re-subscribe to the annual plan. Until then the premium plan is in effect.
