Day-of-Week-in-Blocks

Hello,
is there any way to create a strategy through the blocks (no programming) where I can choose the Day of the Week ?

Another question:
I see there are dozens of available indicators .. some of these are very famous while other ones (I suppose) have been personalized from your team. Is there any section in your site where it is explained how all they work ?

I searched in the "support" menu but without success.
