Created a New DataSet. This DataSet contains files with quotes. Files with names in English open without problems. Files containing letters in Cyrillic cannot be opened.
It would be great if any files with quotes could be opened, regardless of the presence of letters in Cyrillic, Hindi, Chinese, Arabic, and so on.
