Can-t-load-Strategy-Ranking-workspace

I'm using the Strategy Ranking tool to perform "Symbol Rankings". After I set it up I save that workspace. However, when I try to open that workspace later, I get an error message about the Basic Data Panel, which I'm not even using. This process of saving the workspace and not being able to open it is reproducible with the same error message. There are no warnings or hard errors reported in the log viewer.



So there's something wrong with the workspace file. Could you look at its contents below and tell me what's wrong with this workspace file? Maybe I can fix it. I'm running WL8 Build 101.
