Hi. I have the data extension pack. As you can see from the attached image my Data Manager hasnt and won't update the CBOE data. When I click the button nothing happens (my WL and packages are up to date). The bottom 3 tickers are up to date as I opened charts on them - so charts sucks in the data but Data Manager does not.

I'd update the extension, restart WL and do a bulk update first (Historical Providers tab > highlight CBOE > right click and "Perform Bulk Data Update"). That's how it's meant to be. Also make sure that the CBOE checkbox is activated there in the list.

Eugene, thanks for the fast response. That worked. I didn't know about Bulk Update
