When I backtest or optimize, my it will sometimes take over 24 hours for it to be fully completed. After this when I try to view and move the graph (similar to the one above) it freezing and runs very slow.
Anyone know what could be happening? Do I need to upgrade my system.?

With all respect, you should better know whether to upgrade the system because only you're aware of its key hardware parameters. On the forum, however, you'll find several discussions packed with suggestions re: optimal hardware.

There may be too many points to render or Windows is intensively paging because the RAM installed isn't sufficient for the optimization size?
