Greetings,

I need to cancel my subscription but the process is not clear to me. Please advise.

I have not seen the below-referenced link in any email. Does it only come once/mth in one of the emails or is it in every email?

Prior to each billing, Subscribers will receive a minimum of one email notification containing the number of days until the next charge and a link to cancel. Subscribers may cancel subscriptions at any time by clicking the link in this email notification. Subscribers that cancel their subscription will continue to receive the Trading System's Signals until the end of the paid subscription period. Cancellation does not entitle a Subscriber to a refund except to the extent of subscription periods paid in advance. No refund is given for a cancellation during a subscription period unless such cancellation is a result of a Trading System status change described above.

That message with the cancellation link for a recurring subscription comes from swreg.org, not us. Please search your email for messages from support@swreg.org and make sure it's greenlisted (not marked junkmail/spam).

I don't see it in spam. Can I reach out proactively or will that not work to cancel?

As far as I know SWREG even sends it twice to stay on the safe side. You might want to contact them at support@swreg.org.

Here's the direct method to SWReg support:

1. Go to https://www.cardquery.com/
2. Click the last link in the right column: "I want to cancel my recurring payment"
3. Use one of the two methods to find your order and if found, you should be able to cancel it from there.

Robert, I think your direct method deserves to be put in a more visible place - the WS Policy for example?

The link and instructions are included in every one of the recurring email reminders. The problem above must have been a case of entering the wrong email in the SWReg order form.
