When I plot a 60 mins bar, the 1st bar has 10am timestamp. Is there any (easy) way to print 1st bar at 9:30am and 2nd at 10:30am... (I am using 30 mins bar and plotting as 60mins)

Wealth-Lab timestamps data as end-of-bar. What you want to do is the opposite thing i.e. start of bar. This is not supported.

But it is supported in IQFeed. You can use hourly data that is timestamped on the hour as long as you don't use it for scaling.

To make IQFeed (if that's what we're talking about ) use the 10:30, 11:30, ..., 16:00 convention, select the option for that in the Data Manager > IQFeed tab. If you change that selection, you should refresh your 60-minute data.

Note that IQFeed timestamps the 1st bar at 10:3. It's not exactly what you asked for in post #1 i.e. 9:30am. This start-of-bar convention is not supported in WL.
