Hello! The chart for the selected ticker does not load. Your connector to QUIK version 5.3.5, I have QUIK set to 5.4.1, since I use trading robots for this version. Perhaps this is why the graph is not loaded into wealth-lab?

Could be. Please get yourself the supported version and retry. No testing has yet been completed for Lua's latest versions and there might've been breaking changes:

OK please double check that you're following the manual carefully. Then it should work as it's always been.

QUIK is connected, the accounts are detected, but the diagram does not load, what could be the problem?
1. Read the user guide and set up QUIK correctly.
Before anything else, double check that everything is set up according to the manual.
2. Which QUIK provider are you using?? There are two.
3. Update the data on Daily scale in the Data Manager. Works?
4. Any errors in Tools > Log Viewer?

Great, you can continue with your troubleshooting but make start you're not overlooking my questions selectively.
That does not answer questions #1 and #2.
I read your guide on connecting and setting up, entering tool tickers, but I can’t figure out what’s wrong
I have QUIK and QUIK data, I use QUIK

Me neither as your replies are still missing how the QUIK data export is set up.
do you have a video on connecting to QUIK?
No, we don't have and don't plan to because setting up the data export procedure is documented in QUIK's own manual. To date you haven't shared a screenshot demonstrating how you've set it up in QUIK.
Selecting Lua 5.3 in this dialog is the right thing to do (Lua 5.4 seemingly won't do). However, that ain't enough to obtain historical data from QUIK. This has to be set separately as documented in the WL / QUIK's help.
Can you help me configure it remotely via AnyDeskc and show me where my mistake is?
yes Lua 5.3.5
Have you seen the only screenshot in the WL8 Help > Extensions > Russia > QUIK Data Providers? If so, have you completed this step?
So far you're ignoring the KEY step and keep posting unrelated screenshots.

No, I didn’t pay attention to it, because I didn’t take it into account, I’m interested in the current auction. I'll try to configure it now. Thank you for your patience!
You're welcome. I don't think that charting a Streaming symbol would work without any bit of historical data backfill i.e. w/o having set the QUIK data export first.
Regardless, I tried the QuikSharp (!) streaming provider in the Data Manager's Streaming Data Testbed and it worked fine.

I understand Evgeniy, I’m figuring it out now, thank you again for your patience!!!
account numbers are displayed differently in wealth-lab and broker QUIK

That's what you get when trying to add a WL6 extension to WL8. 🤷♂️ They're totally incompatble, it makes no sense.

Provider just reflects what QuikSharp passed on to it. L01-... is the correct account code used in QUIK.
Also in my troubleshooting I noticed QUIK's failure to open named pipes required for the historical data flow. I've no idea why that happens, this isn't the WL provider's bug.
Hello! I had to reinstall Windows and all programs. I installed WL8, but in the help the description of the connection in QUIK was missing. Is there something wrong with me or has it been deleted? build 69
Reinstall the Russia extension.
