"Open Strategy" window doesn't show up

My friend installed WL6, but he got into this problem today.
He couldn't find the "Select one or more Strategeis to Open" window after clicking "Open Strategy". Even though you click the iCON On the Windows Taskbar, it still didn't show up. Where could it hide? How to restore it to the default settings? Thanks for any help.
