Limit price was $14,398.00, How is it possible the order price send to IB was $14,382.00?

It's because, with limit and stop orders, the entry price can often be different than the order price.
Imagine your order price was a $10 limit order. And then the stock/future next trades, perhaps at a gap open, at $8.
The order will get filled at $8 and not $10.

Then what is the purpose of a Limit order?
I want to sell this future for $14,398 NOT for 14,382
I want to sell this future for $14,398 NOT for 14,382
The problem is your strategy rules. You're placing an order based on the LOW of a bar, but that 5-Min bar closed at 14,399! You got filled at a much better price than your order price because that's where the market was trading.
So let me get this straight, you’re complaining because the order filled at a BETTER price?? WL8 simulates these trades in a real world way, that’s why the order price and entry price are different.
No, this was a SHORT order, so I got filled much worse
I am not buying here, I am selling here, I want to sell at limit price or more
What do I miss?

Your order was to short at the 14382 Low.
Your backtest filled at 14398 because it was a better (higher) price than 14382. You cannot see the order price in the Positions list. Again 14398 was the backtest fill price, not the order price.
Your live trade filled at a better price too - at 14396.
If you're confused, just look at my illustration. I took the time to make a picture for you.

I studied your chart/image & I am still confused
My entry/triggered price is $14938 - I don't want to sell/short for nothing less than $14398 - this is why I do limit orders
Limit on Shorts means I have to sell it for that price (14398) or more, not less

QUOTE:This is where you're confused.
My entry/triggered price is $14938
Where did you see that price?
Answer: in the backtest Positions list. This is NOT the trigger price. Just look at the Strategy rules: Short at Limit 0% below Low. See the image - the Low for the bar when the order was triggered is 14382. That's the limit order price.
My mistake, thanks for the explanation
