The message suggests to contact us in private yet I'll reply here: you're trying to run a free trial in a virtual environment. This isn't allowed. No chance to run the demo in this virtual machine not being a subscriber.

Hi,
I have just purchased a subscription in order to test the software in a virtual machine (Windows 11) using UTM on a Mac. I cannot install Bootcamp.

I downloaded Wealth-Lab, installed the software and when I open it I get the following error message:



How can I add the license in order to start the software? There is no login just the error.

No need in the duplicate topic so they've been merged into this one.

To add to Post #1, the VM you're using (UTM) is unconventional. It does NOT allow to identify itself in a unique way so it cannot be used with Wealth-Lab 8. If you could change it to something common like Parallels or Bootcamp as Volker already suggested to you, it will resolve the issue. Lots of customers aren't having problems with these configurations. Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble, it definitely works for Parallels. If there is a high enough demand for UTM we can take a closer look.
