How-do-I-link-the-results-of-the-Evolver-to-the-Optimizer

I watched the video on PriceGrid Evolver and ran a set of data and have I stopped it at Gen 50 and want to see the parameters it came up with but cannot figure out how to use these settings in the optimizer. Is there a way to link this output to the optimizer? My PriceGrid 95 yields a good 1 year return but I have not found a way to see what those setting were.
