I can activate yesterday. but wl 8 can't activate strategy any more after delete interactive broker dll and td ameritrade dll after reboot my machine. I can activate other strategy to dummy account

it doesn't like unlinked data set any more due to removal of interactive broker and tdameritrade. I changed to datasets linked to alpaca, it can be activated

I wonder if you can try to reproduce the problem by deleting interactive broker and td ameritrade dll and see if you activate strategy for unlinked data sets
Yes, I did, and didn't run into any problem activating a Strategy. I'll email you tomorrow to schedule a support call.
