Fidelity had this removed over a year ago and is not in a hurry to put it back. My assumption is that whoever runs the department in charge of this at Fidelity is either overwhelmed with work or just doesn't know how to proceed, so this may not be released within the next year, maybe never??? Very frustrating, you'd think they would want 3rd party developers to use their published APIs, but why publish public APIs if you're not going to document them?
