Refresh compiled Strategy code without restarting WL

Hi,

Here is my setup:
- Visual Studio 2019 for edits
- WL Pro for compile and run

Currently VS sees changes to source done on WL but not vice versa.

One needs to close the strategy in WL and then open again to read updated source from disk.

It would be nice to have a refresh button on WL that reads from disk again to reflect changes made in VS.

Maybe such a button exists on WL but I do not know where it is.

Can you please comment.
