Good day.

Is there a way that I can feed real time quotes provided by realtick into WLP in order to have strategy monitor alert me when certain limit prices in my strategies are triggered.

Sounds like idea for a potential paid extension for the upcoming WL7. I'll add it to the product backlog for future review. Thanks.

Yes. When released, WL7 will have multiple broker extensions.
