I think the US markets are closed for a Presidents Day holiday on Monday. I'm wondering how this will effect staging and publishing signals?

For instance if I stage and publish signals after the market closes on Friday will those published signals be automatically applied to Tuesdays trading, or do I need to instead publish "no signals today" for the Monday holiday then on say Monday night stage and publish the real signals for when the markets re-open on Tuesday?
