Updated Split detection and processing.
Includes fixes for:
1) Don't adjust until after the session prior to the ex-date (occassionally SP1 has a future ex-date)
2) Don't adjust cache more than once!

o Minor updates to the split resource file

Note: The SplitsDetected.txt file is now used to record when IQFeed has notified of a split or upcoming split. Don't edit this file or it could affect the split processing.

Intraday Opening price corrections
o Fix: Intraday corrections were being skipped if a split was applied
o Fix: Apply intraday opening price corrections only if Regular Session and Split Adjust Intraday options are both selected

o Corrected potential error in synchronization for the Fundamental dictionary

o Fix: socket List count after changing the number of threads
