Hello,

Can you tell me how to obtain tick-by-tick or second by second data feed?

Fidelity only offers minute-by-minute data.

Take a look at the 3rd party MtiQs provider (in the Extensions section). So far it's the only intraday provider which may have this capability, although I'm not sure.
