Hello,I can't set up an alert for e-mail. The screenshot shows the settings. Error: email delivery failed. I made an exception in the firewall. I don't have any antivirus software installed. The operating system is new, no programs are installed.

Hello,

Having encountered an error message or an issue, please always check out these pages:

1. Known Errors
2. Open Issues

In particular, this error can be resolved by following these tips:

1. Errors | Extensions, Other errors > Crash on sending email alerts to Gmail. Test mail doesn't go through.

Often times questions have been discussed before and answers can be found as you type by entering a few keywords in the "Search Forum..." text box.

2. Setting up email Alerts: what are SMTP host and port for Gmail?
3. Emails aren't sending

Essentially, they say the same thing: enable LSA (!), change port to 587.

Thanks, it worked!

1. "Allow less secure apps to access your account" is enabled in Gmail.
2. Сhange port to 587 (but in the settings Google says to install port 465).
