Hi,
Can you please add Norgate Data to list of supported providers for Market Manager. TIA.

Hi,

Only its developers themselves (which is Norgate Data) can add support for Market Manager in their data provider. But not being intraday nor streaming data provider, what difference would it make for Norgate? Can't see any. Could you clarify what are you after?

In one of my workspaces I run several linked charts, some streaming, using Norgate data. When I input an index symbol (forgot they may not be identical across different providers, a bit careless of me) WLD crashes. Didn't have that issue with WLPro (using Fidelity data). Still 'adjusting' to WLD.

1. What does "WLD crashes" mean - is this an exception message or application shutdown?
2. Since Norgate Data doesn't contain a streaming provider, could you be more specific?
3. If you provide more details we could troubleshoot the crash.

1. App shuts down, no message.
2. I use Nasdaq.com for streaming.
3. The charts plot the following indicators: SwingHi, SwingLo (both are Community Indicators); SMA, Peak, Trough (all 3 are WLab Std Indicators). Whether it's the simple lack of price data on an incompatible symbol or whether one of the indicator trips up due to no data and causes the whole app to shutdown I don't know.

The crash occurs when loading a saved Workspace? It's possible that the Workspace references a component (ChartStyle?) or a DataSet that no longer exists. It's suboptimal to crash the app for that, but I'd recommend just rebuilding the Workspace.

I couldn't reproduce the crash using the Nasdaq streaming provider on different static providers (with both compatible and incompatible symbols) and said indicators.

All active Workspaces had already been rebuilt, issue still there.
However, I've adjusted to it so no worries.

We become worried when WLD crashes ;) Let's get to the bottom of this.

1. More importantly, what are the static data provider, the symbols used, their bar scale and data loading range?

2. What index symbol (I assume this is what is called "Benchmark Buy & Hold symbol" in Wealth-Lab) is in WL's Preferences when WLD crashes? I don't think it's that important since it's not streamed by WL unless it's in a Quotes window, a Streaming chart or Strategy window.

3. Have you tried switching to Yahoo as the streaming provider? Please do so.

4. What ChartStyle are you using?

Please provide as more details as possible.
