That says it. The program just freezes. I do zoom and the ball will spin, after awhile it grey out, ball spins again and then finally it will become functional again. This happens 3-4 times per hour at least.

I can't find any trace of you running a WL7 demo now or in the past.
I believe what you're experiencing with WL6 is a network connectivity or data vendor issue. You're running a streaming chart or a historical chart with On Demand Data Update enabled, and there is an issue hitting the server of the untold data provider. By data provider I mean anything requested by the current chart e.g. the underlying instrument or an external symbol plotted. The issue can be local (i.e. a last mile issue) or server-side (which happens from time to time with many vendors).
