Yes, DAX and MDAX are supported in WL7 through:
1. Wealth-Data which offers clean data and survivorship free backtesting
2. Yahoo! data (which is lower quality for German stocks)

You can trade probably most (all?) European instruments with Interactive Brokers, which is supported by Extension.
Also if there is a sufficient amount of demand to offer a German broker it can be done.
