Hello!

In "Quotes and Price Triggers" set GZM2 symbol output. Price and Size change in real time. This option works.

Then I pressed the "Stream" button and disconnected from the data stream. The last indications of GZM2 futures remained on the screen.

Then I pressed the "Stream" button again to resume the data stream. The green button lights up. Thus, the data flow should resume. However, the readings of the GZM2 futures, the remaining values on the screen, do not change. Therefore, the data flow did not resume.

Forced to close the Wealth-Lab program to resume data flow. Then go back into it. Only then is it possible to set the output of the GZM2 symbol in real time.

Thus, there is a bug in the Wealth-Lab program. I ask you to correct it.

Hi Denis,

In my testing I never experienced this. Tut there are two streaming providers: QUIK and QuikSharp. While making changes to 'QUIK' is not considered (it's tricky) let me suggest you switch to the 'QuikSharp' version. It should deliver optimal performance. Good luck!

Eugene,

changed "QUIK" to "QuikSharp". Pressed the "Stream" button. The green button is on.

In the column "Add Simbol (s)" entered the GZM2 futures. Pressed "Enter". After that an error was thrown.

So "QuikSharp" doesn't work.

Exception is thrown by the QuikSharp library itself (not our provider) and it looks like unexpected input.

1. What version of QUIK are you using?

2. How is the QUIK broker provider set up? Order Manager, choose QUIK as the broker, click Configure...

Eugene, hi!

1. I use QUIK (version 9.3.3.3)

2. The "Futures and options" checkbox was not set in "Order Manager"-"Configure QUIK". I installed it.

Then I went to "Quotes and Price Triggers" and chose "QuikSharp".

Then I pressed the "Stream" button. The green button lit up, which confirms the connection to the data stream. Enter GZM2 futures in "Add Simbol(s)", then press Enter. GZM2 futures added. However, data on it is not displayed in the "Price" and "Size" columns.

Thus, GZM2 futures data is not transmitted in real time.

Please let me know how to properly set up real-time data output.

Provider has been tested with QUIK v8.13 and v9.1 / 9.2. Please only use one of these versions. Once installed, please restart WL8 and retry.

Eugene, hi!

Installed QUIK (version 9.2.3.15) as you advised.

I did all the above procedures.

In Wealth-Lab, the same errors occur as when working with the QUIK program (version 9.3.3.3). There is no difference in errors.

Thus, Wealth-Lab does not work with QUIK (version 9.2.3.15) either.

Please correct errors in Wealth-Lab.

That's pretty unfortunate, Denis. During my testing with different brokers in both live and paper accounts I never experienced these issues. Since I couldn't reproduce that there's hardly anything I can do to alleviate the issue. You're better off switching back to the "QUIK" streaming provider then and avoid disconnecting it. Good luck!
