Hello,
I cannot load the following pairs:
APE.EUR , BICO.EUR , CTX.EUR , DESO.EUR , FIDA.EUR , LQTY.EUR , NCT.EUR , SHPING.EUR ,
A query to Cryptocompare will provide all the missing coins. How do I manage to load them into WL?

The website links by Cryptocompare and the actual API output are different. The provider uses CryptoCompare’s real-time aggregate index methodology (CCCAGG) which does not support the coins you entered. This is not a bug.

Hello,
I tried once to change a sample link to the coin pairs I am missing. The data can be retrieved without any problems. Why is this not possible in WL?

Request:
https://min-api.cryptocompare.com/data/pricemulti?fsyms=1inch,APE&tsyms=BTC,USD,EUR&api_key=INSERT-YOUR-API-KEY-HERE

Response:
{"1INCH":{"BTC":0.00002977,"USD":1.16,"EUR":1.103},"APE":{"BTC":0.0004137,"USD":16.11,"EUR":15.39}}

At the risk of repeating, the provider explicitly targets CryptoCompare’s real-time aggregate index methodology (CCCAGG) which does not return the data for these coins. Try your example with added parameter "&e=cccagg" and see what happens.

In next release we will add ability to specify preferred exchanges in the Data Manager > Historical Providers > Cryptocompare. It looks like a delimited string: Binance;Coinbase,CCCAGG;Huobi,kraken. Exchanges will be tried in the order you enter - or it can be left empty.

Lukas, I checked your symbols and found that Cryptocompare returns empty history for most of them even if we drop the aggregate index and specify a preferred exchange. There's just the partial bar for today but WL removes it (by design) so you're still left with zero bars. At least with this tweak I was able to chart some symbols Cryptocompare returns the data for. There ain't much we can do.🤷‍♂️

Eugene, I was contacted by someone from Linked in from CryptoQuote, would you mind taking a look and see what they have to offer that might be of benefit to WL8? Maybe we could integrate them into DataExtensions for example?
