At what time of day do WealthData and Yahoo do end-of-day daily price updates? It's 11:41 PM on 3/23 and WealthData isn't updating for today's market closing.

Wealth-Data is updated at different times depending on market group. I cannot confirm what you say as I see that the data for all U.S. stocks supported by WD has been updated within an hour after close yesterday. The market sentiment data in WD becomes available after 8pm.
Yahoo is 3rd party data with its own update schedule but I'm almost certain that it's usually ready by tomorrow a.m. There's no guarantee, though.

Wealth-Data regularly finishes its intraday corrections (filtering outliers) by 6pm EST. The 23 March data updated in a normal manner by that time.
This isn't obvious, but if you've already run a strategy backtest, WL7 won't try to reload the data in the same window unless you make a change to the data settings or click the data message in the lower left status bar.
