Hello. I'm curious if the wealth signals subscriptions still have a trial period? Or does is vary by author? I can't seem to find any indication in the strategies. I did click subscribe on one of them, but when it took me to the payment screen, it said No Trial in the title line. So I thought I'd ask. Thanks.

Quoting the WealthSignals Legal Disclosures and Policies:

Important Note: All Trading Systems have a mandatory Trial period and subscribers will not be billed until the end of the Trial period.

If it says "No Trial" then there are 2 possibilities:
1. you have already taken the trial, or,
2. the billing page isn't set up properly.

In the case of 2, which system is it?

Topic starter has started a trial of system 271 yesterday.

Hello, sorry for the delayed response, but if that's the case in #4, how does one know if they have started a trial? Does it happen when you hit the subscribe button, even if you don't complete the subscription? And just to clarify further, I actually subscribed to the system this morning, and entered my card/payment info for the first time. Thanks.

No. You have to complete the sign up by entering your credit card information. If you don't, you'll see "SUBSCRIPTION PENDING PROCESSING" in the block for My Trading System Subscriptions. Once the credit card info has been entered and approved by RegSoft, that message will no longer appear.

Thanks for the reply. You may want to check into, since apparently the system thinks I started a trial on 4/6, and I didn't input credit card information until 4/17. Thanks.

Looking into it now.
Were you receiving signals via emails from 4/6 to 4/16?

I don't know why yet, but I verified that the site sends new subscribers to the "No Trial" SWReg page right away for xETF Short Term Swing Trader, but not for other systems. Our apologies for that glitch.

No problem - I just wanted to make you aware. And no, I didn't start receiving emails until after I did the full enroll/pay. Thanks.

I recently subscribed to a two week trial of Blue Moon. At the end of the first week i attempted to cancel the trial. I'm still recieving the daily up date and the two week time period has ended. How do I know that I have canceled this trial and not let it go into a monthly subscription?
Thanks.

Blue Moon Forum

You're still shown as a subscriber to the Blue Moon. Could you retry unsubscribe now?

P.S. In the raw detail of your order I see your wealth-lab.com username incorrectly designated as "Hank". Not sure if this mistake is any clue.

Hank,

Hmm, not sure what weng wrong but you were still shown as subscribed to the system. I've unsubscribed you manually. Most likely, you would be unsubscribed anyway after cancelling the recurring payment.
