I can not seem to get WLP to start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem remains. I tried to get to fire-up by clicking the cancel login button and it still will not startup.

This is on the FAQ for nearly 9 years, can't imagine someone would still be doing this:

I have a problem. Tried to reinstall Wealth-Lab, but it didn't help!

When Wealth-Lab crashes on start, follow this General troubleshooting procedure.

I would not say it crashes, it is visible in the Task Manager list.

If it does not crash then why you say that it will not start? How do you re-start WLP exactly then?

If not using WLP 6.9.19 yet it's time to upgrade: what you've described looks like a case of WLP login lockup (fixed in 6.9.18).

Did you use an external monitor and unplugged it? In this case WLP can stick to that ghost display and launch there. Here's a solution: Wealth-Lab or one of its windows is not displayed

If none of the above the procedure should help.

WLPro has a special problem after a failed login. Kill the WealthLabPro.exe process in the Task Manager, and then you should be able to launch..

@cone

This is very much an ongoing issue I know.

On the original problem, it simply went away after a week or so. One day it just started working again. Know idea how or why it remains a total mystery. I think the issue was with Fidelity or perhaps with the data feed provider. Since I may be the only person who trades live know ones who seems to care:(
