Every time that I click on "Configure Paper Accounts" button on top of Account Balances and Positions window within WLP, my WLP freezes up, and I have to shut the computer off, and relog in ( I can't even exit by clicking the X from the WLP window because everything within the WlP window is frozen.) Could you please tell me what is wrong, and what I could do about this? Thanks.

Are (were) you working with multiple monitors?
Have you tried disabling Streaming Updates? Is Data On Demand Update disabled?

P.S. Could you please don't break topic name/text the way you've been doing all this time? Topic name is meant to summarize the issue for technicians and other forum users. Thank you.

I will try to do the topic title as you suggested.

Yes, I am working with multiple monitors:6. And the "Stream" seems to be disabled: "stream" at the bottom right of my strategy window is grayed out, but the bottom of WLP screen says: Fidelity Investments Streaming Data (Connected.) So I am not too sure what my status is, and I don't know how to disable Streaming Updates if I had to do it.

I checked the Data Manager window under the Update Data tab, and at the bottom, I have "Automatically update data for symbols on-demand when they are charted or accessed" checked. Should I uncheck that box?

Please try opening "Configure Paper Accounts" from the primary (main) workspace of WLP.

I think I did open the "Configure Paper Accounts" from the primary workspace of WLP. because I have not saved a workspace yet. I only learned about creating different workspaces this morning. So I am assuming that each time that I enter WLP, I am in the main workspace, and the freeze continues. I have not tried to disable stream or uncheck the "Automatically update ..... " as I mentioned above. Should I still be doing that? And I don't know how to turn off the stream if I had to do it. Thanks.
