In a particular case Strategy Parameters are not displayed.

To reproduce:

1. Open a strategy from the ATM Strategy extension and via "Open Strategy". Check if it uses Strategy Parameters, i.e. "ATM 2009-08 | The Shakeout System". See that there is a Strategy Parameter.
2. Close the chart
3. Open the strategy from the "Home Button" Menu. No Strategy Parameters are shown.

Yes, this bug is known since early 2009.
