I want to develop a connector for one Russian broker. How can I access the section http://www2.wealth-lab.com/WL5Wiki/apiStreamingDataProviders.ashx ?

To access this protected API document you have to be a Wealth-Lab Developer/Pro customer. Do you intend to develop the broker provider for your own use or you're doing it on behalf of someone?
