I'm confused what's Bying Power in Accounts?

For cash accounts, available money (i.e. cash). For margin accounts, it's described in the User Guide > Reference > Data Panel > Position Size Control > Portfolio Simulation Mode:

Does Equity means current money for all positions?

Equity = Cash + Market Exposure.
